John has 11 years of entrepreneurship and real estate investing experience. Before building and selling multiple companies, John was an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps and did multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.
John is the definition of a self-starter. He started his own real estate brokerage and transacted over $1 billion in real estate in the San Diego area. He built a construction company and guided over $25M in residential housing projects. He then built and sold a property management company before opening Russell Reeves Capital.
John is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and is the proud father of his four children JJ, Savannah, Delilah, and Jude.
Henry has over 12 years of experience in real estate investing. He started his career as an officer in the U.S. Navy where he served as the Navigator on the USS UNDERWOOD(FFG-36). He was selected to serve as the Officer in Charge of Riverine Squadron Three, Detachment 1. After multiple combat tours, Henry joined the investment firm Samuel James Limited in Baltimore, MD where he assisted and managed several private investments in both the public and private sectors.
He is also very successful football coach. Henry's team was ranked top 5 in the nation, and became the subject of HBO's 2019 Docuseries "The Cost of Winning.”
Henry is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and is the proud father of his three young daughters Riley, Finley, & Channing, and married to his amazing bride Erin.
Dom Ewers is the Chief Operating Officer of Russell Reeves Capital and leads the team through all stages of property acquisition and operations. Dom currently oversees operations, construction management, property management and financial management under the Russell Reeves portfolio. A native of Minnesota, Dom was a collegiate wrestler and U.S. Naval Academy graduate, and recently retired from the Marine Corps after 20 years of active-duty service. He completed multiple combat deployments, including a tour in Iraq with one of the founders, John Reeves. He finished his two-decade career as a Commanding Officer for the largest aviation logistics unit in the Corps with over 800 personnel under his command. Working closely with John Reeves, he acquired and managed over $3 million in multi-family and short-term rental properties. Dom is well-versed in life-cycle logistics, constraint theory and holds a Master of Science Degree from the University of San Diego in Global Leadership.
